- Refunds will be applied to the card or to another gift card.
- This card is not a negotiable instrument and may not be resold.
- This card is neither redeemable for cash nor refundable, except where required by law, and may not be reloaded, except in the case of a refund.
- This card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
- We reserve the right to cancel this card at any time if there is evidence that it has been obtained illegally.
- The card has no value until purchased and activated.
