Physical gift cards
If you have not received your physical gift card, please send a request to our Customer Services via the contact form. Be sure to include the order number (if possible), name and email address provided when the order was placed.
f you received a non-activated physical gift card, please send a request to our Customer Services via the contact form including the order number, name and email address entered when the order was placed as well as front and back pictures of the gift card.
