We recommend tracking your package directly on the Purolator website to obtain the most up‑to‑date information regarding the shipping status of your order. Please note that you will need to enter the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If your order was shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate emails with the corresponding tracking numbers.
If the package is ready for pickup at a Purolator facility, the instructions for retrieving it will be provided. You may also contact Purolator to reschedule a second delivery attempt. Please note that if your order is not collected at a Purolator pickup point within the allotted time and is returned to the sender, our return policy will apply. In this case, a return fee of $10.00 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.
