Canada Post Strike
We know that getting your orders as quickly as possible is important to you. Since all our online orders are delivered via Purolator, there is no risk of you not receiving your items. There is a chance that delivery may take a little longer than usual as Purolator is handling a much higher volume of packages given the situation.
For any questions regarding tracking your deliveries or returns, we encourage you to contact Purolator directly. In-store pick-up is also an available option.
Customers living in remote areas of Quebec, where the final delivery step occurs by Canada Post, will not receive their orders. If you are in one of these impacted areas, your package will be held in the Canada Post network and be treated once service resumes.
