How do I return an online purchase by mail?
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return an item.
- A return processing fee of $10.00 plus tax will be deducted from the refund when choosing this method.
- The delivery fee of $8.00 plus tax and additional fees paid for oversized products are not refundable.
- Only one return shipping charge will be deducted per order.
- Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your return.
- Exchanges can be made in‑store only.
- Please note that if your order is not picked up at a Purolator pickup location within the allotted time and is returned to the sender, our return policy will apply. In this case, a return fee of $10.00 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.

Return your new, unused and unworn item, with tags, in their original packaging by mail using the return label included in your package.

What products are excluded?
- Jock straps, mouth protectors and facial coverings / masks. Additionally, socks, swimsuits, undergarments, sports bras, biking shorts and headphones.
- Certified climbing equipment, such as carabiners and connectors, slings, protections, ropes, harnesses, quickdraws, safety and belay devices.
- Thermoformable ice hockey skates.
If you order a swimsuit or underwear on our website and choose the "In-Store Pickup" option, a return will only be possible if you try on the item in-store when you pick up your order. If you try on the item on-site and it doesn't fit, a refund or exchange will be accepted at that time. However, if you leave the store with your item, a return will no longer be possible.
