Return by Mail (for online purchases)

All purchases made between October 27 and December 25, 2025 may be exchanged or returned for a refund until January 11, 2026. Starting December 26, 2025, returns can be made by mail within 15 days of the purchase. The refund of an online purchase can take 2 to 3 weeks. Exchanges are made in-store only (see details below). Return your new, unused and unworn item, with tags, in their original packaging by mail using the return label included in your package.
