Return by Mail (for online purchases)

Please note that our return policy has been extended for the Holiday Season. All purchases made between October 27 and December 25, 2025 may be exchanged or returned for a refund until January 11, 2026. Starting December 26, 2025, returns can be made by mail within 15 days of the purchase. The refund of an online purchase can take 2 to 3 weeks. Exchanges are made in-store only (see details below). Return your new, unused and unworn item, with tags, in their original packaging by mail using the return label included in your package.
