1. Prepare your parcel
Pack the unused, undamaged item, with tags, in its original packaging in the shipping box or bag along with all instructions, parts and accessories.
2. Apply the return label
A prepaid return label is included in your package to facilitate your returns. Stick the return label to the outside of the shipping box or bag. Be sure to remove any other labels or addresses written on the package to avoid confusion.
If you return a pair of shoes, boots, or skates, please do not apply the return label directly on the box or seal it with an adhesive tape, as the box is an integral part of the product. If you do so, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the refund. Therefore, the item will be shipped back to you.
If you received multiple parcels and you don’t know which return label to use, please submit a request to our Customer Service via our contact form.
3. Send your parcel
Drop off the package at any office of the company that issued the return label found in your package. The shipping costs are prepaid, so you won’t have to pay anything at that time. However, a return processing fee of $10.00 plus taxes will be deducted from your refund. That’s it! Only one return fee will be deducted per order.
4. Keep an eye on your email inbox
You will receive an email notification when your refund is completed. The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.
Packages are inspected upon return. If the returned item is not in new, unused, or unworn condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the refund. Consequently, the item will be shipped back to you.
