Please follow these recommendations:
- When you are in the shopping cart, first select the Pick Up In-Store option, then select the Ship to Home option again before submitting your order.
Steps to follow:
1. At Step 2, Shipping, click Edit.
2. Click on Pick Up In-Store.
3. Click again on Ship to Home.
4. Proceed to the next steps.
- If you are using a customer account, we strongly recommend deleting your active cart(s) and then signing out of your account before placing your order as a guest.
A confirmation number will appear on your screen once the order has been successfully submitted. If your order is not successfully submitted, no amount will be charged, and the pre-authorization will automatically disappear within the following days.
If, after trying the options above, you still cannot place an order, please contact us and provide your customer account details.
